Rock Balancing is an unique and undiscovered all-in-one practice which has changed my life. This practice requires a stillness of the body and mind through focused breathing, percise body movements, enducing a state of mediation and helping with ones personal balance. It allows for limitless creativity, strengthens the bodies core - while moving one closer to a zen state of being. Taking a dormant rock, positioned for thousands if not millions of years, and suddenly suspending it to a balanced state, allows its’ characteristic and beauty come to life.Since June 2017 I have began performing rock balancing shows and workshops around Europe, developing a memorable show for audiences and workshop participants. I’ve consistently held my audience’s attention and have kept them fascinated with each balanced rock, while guided with the sound of music.
My name is Greg Jagassar and I'm a Canadian born (residing in Switzerland) rock balancer known as the “Balancing Bru”. I present rock balancing, fused with live music from live musicians or DJs, offering a unique and contemporary experience.
Bru is the mutual, childhood nickname I share with my older brother Terry. We parted ways in 2008 when I migrated to Europe and I dedicate this practice to him for all his endless support and guidance.
